However, if the size is wrong, you can request an exchange, subject to product availability, completely free of charge.
Opening a return request for size exchange
The Customer must send an explicit communication via email to the following address:

The communication must contain:
- Full name
- Order number
- Order date
- Product(s) for which a size exchange is requested
Once the exchange is confirmed by our operators, please send the product to the following address:

Conditions of the returned product
The product must be returned:
- Intact and undamaged
- Unused beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning
- Complete with any accessories
- In its original packaging
The replacement size will reach the Customer, once the company has received and verified the package with the "incorrect" product, according to our normal service times (1/2 business days).
