Purchase methods

The products offered for sale on our Store are solely those available at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.

It is understood in any case that the images accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ, for example, in color and dimensions (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site).

To place an order, the Customer must complete all parts of the relevant form on the Website. The Customer must also request, if desired, the issuance of a tax invoice for the purchase, in accordance with current legislation.

The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by an email response, sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This message will briefly state the purchase conditions and the data received, so that any necessary corrections to incorrect data can be verified and communicated without delay.

Prices and payment methods

The prices indicated on the site include taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment fees are in any case communicated to the Customer in advance through the cart before payment.

The following payment methods are available:

Card Payments

You can choose to pay for your order with a credit or debit card. Accepted credit cards are: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, Union Pay.
We also accept payments via POSTEPAY and all reloadable cards operating within the VISA ELECTRON circuit.

PayPal Payments

PayPal is an absolutely secure online payment method that allows you to pay for your order by directly accessing your account.
The data related to your account and your credit card linked to your account are managed directly by PayPal, which will provide you with an email notification once the procedure is completed.

Cash on Delivery (Italy Only)

Payment must be made exclusively in cash upon delivery of the purchased products.
Cash on delivery incurs an additional charge of Euro 5 for the Customer for collection fees. This method can only be used for purchases under Euro 999.99.

Klarna Payments

Klarna offers an innovative, fully digital payment service. When you choose Klarna at checkout, you will have the option to buy now and pay later, in installments, or immediately, based on the options offered by the platform.

Apple Pay Payments

Apple Pay is a payment method dedicated to Apple users that allows you to link your credit or debit cards to the Wallet app on your iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac, or iPad. If available, you will find it among the quick checkout methods. Your card data is not stored on devices or Apple servers, but a unique code is used to ensure maximum security.

Google Pay Payments (Europe Only)

Google Pay is a fast and easy way to pay on websites using the cards saved in your Google account. Google Pay protects your data and your card information during payment with the strictest security standards.
